Kirsty welcomes grant for local Church

Kirsty Williams AM for Brecon and Radnorshire has welcomed the announcement that Kensington Baptist church has been successful in it's application to the Community Facilities and Activity Programme (CFAP).

The group will be awarded up to £300,000 towards the cost of their new building, subject to planning.

Kirsty said "I am delighted that Kensington Baptist Church have been successful in their application for CFAP funding. Their plans will mean a brand new place for worship and fantastic new facilities for the playgroup that use the current building. We will also see a place for members of the community to socialise, as well as a variety of health and well being activities in the evenings."
